Mandala

Mathematics is the language of the Universe. Geometry is the story that it tells.

Mathematics is the study of relationships, patterns, and structures. Science has used mathematics to show not only that matter and energy are one, but also that form follows function. These proofs extend from the subatomic and enzymatic levels of biological life to the communal patterns of social creatures. The structures of life can change due to repetitious use or external circumstances. Developing awareness of our own structures allows us to gain insight into our experiences and to transform our patterns of behavior for our own betterment. Conscious interventions in body, speech, and mind can change our behavior to amplify growing awareness.

A Mandala is a geometric representation of the single point of universal awareness or consciousness. This circle contains all components of awareness, and its circumference represents a path of exploration of existence. Across time, geographic regions, and belief systems, the primordial circle has been used to depict this metaphorical journey of self-exploration.

Mandala Awareness seeks to help others to feel the life experience from a perspective of an unfolding field of possibility. By going within and feeling the experience, individuals are able to cultivate a fuller capacity to listen to the whisperings of their intuition and through that to become more aware of the choices and directions that create a greater sense of fulfillment in being alive. Through an increasing familiarity with this felt sense, individuals are able to find the truth of their own experiences as they create their own unique paths.

A short film inspired by numbers, geometry and nature, by Cristóbal Vila.

Not only did Matthew help me heal, but fundamentally changed the way I look at my well being. Over time I slowly changed how I exercise, stretch, diet and approach life in general.
